The office of District Attorney Michael Murray issued the following press release Thursday morning regarding a felony case recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court by Judge Stephen Ellis:

Adalberto DeLeon, on probation for the felony offense of Theft of Livestock was adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Ted Nelson Oates, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Theft-Enchanced was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
