After 37 years of dedicated service, Lydia Castaneda has retired from her role as the Utility Billing Supervisor for the City of Brownwood. Lydia has been instrumental in overseeing utility billing operations and serving the community with dedication and professionalism. Thank you, Lydia, for your years of hard work. We wish you a happy and fulfilling retirement!
Earlier this week at the Brownwood City Council meeting, City Manager Emily Crawford announced Castaneda was the longest currently tenured City employee at 37 years.
