The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Alexander Orgeron, found guilty of the offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Christopher Peters pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• John Michael Chunn, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Chrystal Lynn Mueller pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information and was sentenced to 7 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
