Gina Louise (Miller – Holamon) Bolton, 61, of Brownwood, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025. The visitation and service will be held on Monday, January 6, 2025 at the First Baptist Church in Early. Visitation with the family will begin at 12:00 P.M. followed by the service at 2:00 P.M. A private graveside service will be held for the family.
Gina was born November 1, 1963 in Brownwood, to James Calvin and Imogene (Ragsdale) Miller. She is a long-time resident of Early but graduated from Brownwood High School. Gina owned and operated a business handling medical billing. She loved to write poetry and going to Howard Payne University basketball games. She and Mike traveled back and forth to Branson, Missouri and eastern Tennessee, two places they loved. Gina was a member of Early First Baptist Church where she sang in the choir, lead Sunday school and volunteered at vacation bible school.
Gina is survived by her son, Karson Holamon and his wife, Hannah of Buda, Texas; mother, Imogene Miller of Brownwood; brother, Steven Miller and his sons, Travis and Hunter of Brownwood; brother, Eric Miller and his wife, Alisha and their two children, Makenna and Gavin of Copperas Cove, Texas; aunts, Geraldine Goetz and Rena Renfroe of Brownwood; and many cousins and friends.
Gina was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Bolton and her father, James Miller.
The family would like to express a sincere thank you to Mary Stevenson, Mike Kingston and Vivian Taylor from Early First Baptist for all of their love, prayers and support. Additionally, the family would like to extend a special thank you to Michelle McKinney for her friendship and the care she provided to Gina as well as Dr. Rance and Carol Boren for their help, support and understanding during this time.
