BLANKET – The May Lady Tigers extended their win streak to seven games with an 81-20 district road victory over the Blanket Lady Tigers Tuesday night.
May (9-8, 2-0) led Blanket 19-5 after one period, 38-11 at halftime, and 62-15 through three quarters.
May received 34 points from Jordyn Gerhardt, 16 from Mia Musick, 12 from Chloe Lord, five each from Kenlyn King, McKenna Landes and Aubree Gerhardt, and two points apiece from Summer Hicks and Bekah Roberts.
Blanket was led by seven points from Lexi French trailed by six from Dallas Moreno, four from Karli Kinkade, two from Aubrie Willis and one point from Mason Isom.
May hosts Rising Star Friday while Blanket travels to Santa Anna.

May Tigers 49, San Saba 20
SAN SABA – The May Tigers secured their 11th consecutive victory, 49-20 at San Saba Tuesday night, to move to 12-1 on the season.
The Tigers led 11-7 after one quarter, 25-9 at halftime, and 43-12 after three periods.
May was sparked by 14 points from Kobey Morris, nine each from Brody Stice and Ben Harrell, seven from Kaden Watkins, six from Tyran Perry, and two points apiece from JD White and Jackson Lusk.
Danny English and Eric Yanez led San Saba with six points apiece.
May opens district action at home against Rising Star Friday.

Blanket Tigers 51, Rochelle 28
BLANKET – The Blanket Tigers reached double figures in the win column with a 51-28 home triumph over Rochelle Tuesday night.
The Tigers (10-3) grabbed a 17-9 lead after one quarter which stood at 24-18 at halftime and grew to 35-26 heading to the fourth period, where Blanket yielded just one bucket.
Mason Beck scored a team-high 18 points for Blanket followed by 11 from Kannon Kensing, seven from Cameron Aultman, six from Cole Furry, four from Dallas Shumaker, three each from Karter Keel and Camden Sledge, and two points from Albert Espinosa.
The Tigers head to Santa Anna Friday night for their district opener.

Comanche 82, Early Lady Horns 49
COMANCHE – The Early Lady Horns suffered their first District 8-3A loss as they dropped an 82-49 road decision to the Comanche Maidens Tuesday night.
Early (9-9, 2-1) scored 13 of the first 15 points, but Comanche closed the gap to 17-9 after one frame, opened a 39-27 halftime lead, and carried a 59-41 advantage into the fourth quarter.
The Lady Horns received 11 points apiece from Gabby Benson and Jordan Simmons, nine from Jamie Vassar and eight points from Andie Simpson.
The Early girls and boys will host Breckenridge beginning at 6:15 p.m. Friday.
