The City of Early is thrilled to announce that Brenda Kilgo has been named the Municipal Clerk of the Year for the Texas Municipal Clerks Association Bluebonnet Chapter. This recognition, awarded last week, highlights her outstanding contributions and dedication to the profession.

The Bluebonnet Chapter is committed to supporting and encouraging city secretaries, clerks, and their deputies and assistants within its twenty counties to achieve professional excellence. Brenda has been a valuable member of this chapter since 2011 and currently holds the position of Chapter Secretary.

Since taking on the role of City Secretary for the City of Early in December 2010, Brenda has played an essential part in the city’s daily operations. Her diligent behind-the-scenes efforts ensure that the municipality runs smoothly and efficiently. The City of Early is incredibly fortunate to have Brenda on the team, and we are immensely proud of her well-deserved recognition.
