NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following requests at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 12, 2024:

(VAR 13-24) 1300 Oakland Drive: Requesting a variance for 3.5 ft. into 6 ft. side yard setback requirement for a carport and patio with gutters.

(VAR 14-24) 4307 Brookdale Drive: Requesting a variance for 25 ft. into the 25 ft front yard setback and 5 ft. into 6 ft. side yard setback requirement for a carport and gutters.
