Michael Lee Smith was born to Homer and Charline Smith. He was a son, brother, and friend. At the end of his life, he enjoyed his friends at the Senior Citizen Center, playing pool, black coffee, and menthol cigarettes. Michael was an interesting character, who normally had a witty comment or response. For the last year of his life, he was a beloved member of the “Cabler Compound” bringing a much needed comic relief and joyful spirit. Although we only knew Michael for a short period of his life, he will be missed.
