How long has it been since you indulged or explored your creativity?
If it’s been too long, or if the mood strikes you, pick a morning next week to give your creative side a chance. Brownwood Middle School art teacher Julie Mize will be the instructor. Workshops will be offered for printmaking, urban sketching, and cardboard sculpture.
Julie says that “I’ve been offering these workshops for teens, but I’ve been hearing that some of their parents, and other members of the Brownwood Art Association are interested too. So I’m opening registration to adults as well as middle and high school students.”
Register and pay for all workshops at the Brownwood Art Center, 215 Fisk St., from 2-6 pm, Mon.-Fri.
Each workshop is 9 am-12 noon, at the Art Center. The cost is $45 per day, which includes all supplies.
July 9: Printmaking
July 10: Urban Sketching
July 11: Cardboard Sculpture
