Hendrick Medical Center-Brownwood posted the following on its Facebook page Thursday morning:

Hendrick Brownwood Foundation received a $500 donation to the NICU/Pediatric area from the Brownwood Girl Scout Troop 5050. The girls raised the money through cookie sales and chose the Women’s/Pediatric Center to donate the funds. They were able to present the check and tour the level 2 Nursery and the recently equipped pediatric rooms. Thank you, for the special donation!
