The 48th annual Heartland Rod Run, hosted by the Heartland Cruisers, is scheduled for Saturday, June 1 at its new location at Festival Park, adjacent to Gordon Wood Stadium.

Admission to the event is free as the car show will take place from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. with the Panty Dash at 11 a.m., and the awards presentation at 2 p.m.

The Best of Show will receive a $250 prize. Other awards include Best GM, Best Ford, Best Mopar, Best of the Rest and Best Bike.

Festivities will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, May 31 with the Poker Run at Early City Hall. Registration is $5 per hand.
