Saturday, May 4 serves as Election Day for the Brown County Water Improvement District #1 Board, the Bangs City Council and the Early ISD Board of Trustees.

- 411 – Coggin Ave Baptist Church
Three positions are up for grabs on the water board as incumbents Johnny Hays, James E. McMillian and Jimmy Jones are seeking re-election, while Andrew Wheeler is also on the ballot.
Three positions are also open on the Bangs City Council with incumbents Gregg Parrott, William Lloyd and Waymond Sheppard running along with Slade Byars, Jerry Ellison, Aaron Gomez, Cynthia Johnson, and Carroll Wells.
In the Early school board race, incumbent and board president Chance Barr will face Jonathan McCullough for Place 1, while incumbent Robert Wade will be challenged by Larin Hair for the Place 2.
