The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Curtis Harrison pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced to 27 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Porfirio J. Camp pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 18 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Jordan Paige Patterson pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with Evidence and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Patterson, on probation for state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Christopher Cody White, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Theft of Property, was revoked and sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Diego Hernandez pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and Theft of Property and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- David Hersha, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Theft-Enhanced, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
