GATESVILLE – The Brownwood Lions soccer team was dealt a fourth consecutive District 5-4A soccer setback Tuesday night, falling at Gatesville by a 3-2 count.

The loss drops the Lions to 1-4 in District 5-4A competition at 3-7-1 for the season, as they conclude the first half of league play at 7 p.m. Friday at Gordon Wood Stadium against Little River Academy.

In Tuesday’s battle with Gatesville, Alex Vaquera and Jose Rodriguez contributed the Brownwood goals.
