The real estate market in Brown County finished strong in December, according to statistics released today by the Heartland Association of Realtors. Total number of closed sales and sales prices both enjoyed healthy increases, compared to December 2022. Statistics for the total year 2023 were also released, again showing a nice increase in sales prices, but a small decrease in number of sales, compared to 2022. Details below.
