According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, during the November 2023 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 20 true bills were returned against 19 persons.
Those indicted were:
- Taylor Kamren Lemmons – Driving while intoxicated with child passenger
- Lauren Catherine Johnson – Possession of a controlled substance
- Rodrigo Ortega, Jr. – Sexual assault of a child-bigamy
- Summer Lee Bishop aka Summer Lee Parks – Possession of a controlled substance
- Jason Michael Womack – Possession of a controlled substance
- Gerald Rutherford Holloway aka Gerald Rutherford Holloway Jr. – Possession of a controlled substance, repeat offender, habitual offender
- Brett Anthony Lilly – Felon in possession of a firearm; Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver-deadly weapon
- Bobby Wayne Michalski Jr. – Possession of a controlled substance, repeat offender, habitual offender
- Shannon Lee Ford aka Clayton Lawrence Ford – Possession of a controlled substance, state jail felony enhancement
- Brandon Stevens – Continuous sexual abuse of a young child
- Hannah Watson – Intoxication assault
- Brady Derek Kauffman – Driving while intoxicated third or more, repeat offender
- Ashley Ross Wills – Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
- Jacob A. Gomez aka Jacob Alonzo Gomez – Assault family violence-occlusion, repeat offender
- Stephen Curl Matthews aka Stephen Carl Matthews – Assault family violence-occlusion

Those indicted were:
- Christopher Aguilar – Driving while intoxicated
- Lucy Ann Ogden – Possession of a controlled substance
- Juan Israel Sanchez – Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
- Charles Austin Shaw – Evading arrest, repeat offender
- Kristi Deanne Ramirez – Debit card or credit card abuse
- Christopher Moore – Possession of a controlled substance
- Anthony Francisco Duffy – Possession of a controlled substance; Arson, repeat offender
- Journey Lynn Jones – Possession of a controlled substance; Unauthorized use of a vehicle
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
