Marie Stobaugh age 80 of Plano, Texas passed to the arms of her Jesus on December 12, 2023 at her residence.

Graveside services will be Monday, December 18, 2023 at White Chapel Cemetery in Coleman County with Woodrow Jameson Officiating. Services are under the direction and care of The Staff of Henderson Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at White Chapel Cemetery.

She was born Beulah Marie Jameson on December 21, 1942 in Coleman, Texas to Woodrow and Bonnie Pearl Vaughan Jameson.  Marie was raised in Coleman graduating from Coleman High School.  She continued her education at Texas Tech University receiving her degree in Home Economics, and then attending Texas Women’s University receiving her Masters Degree in Reading.

Marie has been a resident of Plano since 1980 and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Richardson.  She loved taking care of her family, gardening and antiques.   She retired from Lewisville ISD where she was a Reading Specialist Teacher.

Survivors include 2 Sons, John Stobaugh of Plano, Texas and Joseph & wife Leslie Stobaugh of Plano, Texas; and Cousins Randell Jameson and Woodrow Jameson.
