DUBLIN – The Brownwood Lady Lions came up short in the championship game of the Dublin tournament Saturday, as their three-game win streak by snapped by Comanche, 57-39.
The Lady Lions (9-4) fell behind 18-14 after one quarter, trailed 31-23 at halftime, and faced a 42-34 deficit after three periods of play.
Hannah Deen led the Lady Lions with eight points followed by Trinity Roberts with seven, Icess Hall with six, Kimber Green with five, Miranda Northcutt with four, Adyson Neel with three and Nylah Hall with two points.
Kinsey Glasgow led Comanche with 20 points.
The Lady Lions are back in action at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday as they host Coleman.
