At just 3 years old, Kayli DeVusser’s cousin, Jameson was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Since, Kayli has made it her mission to bring two of her greatest passions together; sporting clays and T1D awareness. This is where ‘Pull for Hope’ was born.
This past weekend, the 2nd Annual Pull for Hope Sporting Clays Classic took place at the Brownwood Claybird Club. The event brought in over $3,000 and counting for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. In addition to the funds raised for the JDRF, another $100 was raised to purchase DEXCOM stickers. Next years Pull for Hope is scheduled for November 9, 2024 at the Brownwood Claybird Club.
