NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following request at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2023:
(VAR  14-23) 808 Ave. B: Requesting a variance of 5 ft. into the 5 ft. side yard setback requirement to install a carport with gutters
