October is National Principals Month, and Brownwood ISD (BISD) is proud to recognize each of our principals for their hard work and continued dedication to the success of students in BISD schools.
Kali McLaughlin is the Coggin Elementary School principal. She first joined BISD as an Elementary Instructional Coach in 2020. She served as an assistant principal beginning in 2021 and was promoted to her current position in 2022. This is her fourth year with BISD. Ms. McLaughlin holds a Master of Educational Leadership degree from Texas A&M Commerce and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from LeTourneau University. She is a state-certified teacher, TTESS appraiser, and principal. Ms. McLaughlin’s energy and passion continues to create a positive school environment for Coggin students and teachers alike. From engaging and rewarding school events to rallying school spirit amongst students, teachers, and staff, Ms. McLaughlin’s heart-felt leadership has a lasting effect on the campus and community.
BISD is proud to have Ms. McLaughlin as our Coggin Elementary principal, and we congratulate her on being recognized during National Principals Month!
