Piland brings eighteen years of market expertise to Western Bank
Mortgage. She has a proven track record of acquiring top tier talent and

Piland is a Lubbock native and graduate of Texas Tech University. As a
leader in the mortgage industry, she has served markets across Texas and New
Mexico.
