Ken was born Thursday, September 6, 1945 in Carterville, MO to Henry and Magdalena Peach, he was the youngest of 10 children. The family would move to Oregon when he was a young boy and after graduating from high school, he joined the Navy as a Sea Bee and completed 3 tours in Vietnam. He met Sandra Kay Parker in Imperial Beach, CA and they married on January 9, 1970, in Chula Vista. He began a successful career in carpentry/construction, that would span over 50 years and several states.
Ken and Sandy have three daughters, Karin, Kim and Kendra; one son Kristopher; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and were married almost 54 years.
Ken was the ultimate provider. He provided love for his family, a safe home, laughter, so much laughter, the best hugs, guidance and advice. He provided smiles and charm to all who knew him, also toughness and resilience to his children. Ken provided life lessons and the example of how important it is to be a hard worker. He provided his time and expertise with any building project that he was involved in. The last few years he struggled with dementia, and you knew how frustrated he was with his inability to be the provider that he used to be. But until the end he still was able to provide his family with all the love he had.
Ken is survived by his wife Sandra Kay (Parker) Peach of Brownwood, TX; daughters, Karin Stephens and husband Dale of Copperas Cove, TX, Kim Davis and husband Erick of Brownwood, TX and Kendra Peach of Manor, TX; son Kristopher Seay of Brownwood, TX; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
