See one of these young ladies to purchase a $20 Brown County Fair Association membership and help support the youth of Brown County as they prepare for the upcoming stock show season!

Taylor Simpson, daughter of Brad & Lisa Simpson, is a Junior at Early High School.
She is representing Early FFA. Taylor begins her 9th year being involved with the Brown County Youth Fair, exhibiting cattle, swine, goats, and homemaking projects such as clothing and crafts. She exhibits livestock at local, state and upcoming National levels. As current Vice Chair, she begins her 5th year representing the Brown County 4-H County Council. She is Vice Chair of Cen-Tex 4-H club, a member of both the 4-H Livestock and Meats Judging teams, and an officer of Early FFA. Outside of her full-time agricultural leadership and livestock responsibilities/duties. Taylor cheers for the Early Longhorns in her third year of Varsity cheerleading.
Ella Locker is 16 years old from Brown Country and is a junior at Brownwood High School and resides on her family’s ranch with her parents, Chad and Meredith Locker and her brother, Blake. She has been a part of the Brown County Youth Fair since she was 9 years old in the 4-H program, and an active FFA member for 4 years, serving as the 2023-2024 FFA Reporter. Ella is passionate about agriculture and animals. Ella’s current projects in 4-H are canning, baking, photography, crafts and sewing. FFA has continued to teach her about managing animals and all aspects of their care. Outside of 4-H and FFA Ella loves to dance with her teammates on the BHS Lionettes Drill Team where she serves as Lieutenant, spend time with friends and family and ride her horses. After graduating high school, she hopes to attend Texas Tech University and become a certified registered nurse antheses. She enjoys advocating for agriculture and is excited to create new experiences while serving as a 2023 Brown County Youth Fair Queen Contestant.
Tynlea Wilson is a junior at Brownwood High School. She is the oldest daughter of Cade and Chelsea Wilson and has three younger sisters, Cyndea, Aynslea, and Whitlea. Tynlea is the pitcher for the Lady Lions Varsity Softball Team and is also enrolled in Ranger College Dual Credit courses. Tynlea serves as the Brownwood FFA president and holds the office of 1st Vice President of the Cross Timbers District. She also actively competes in LDEs and CDEs in Ag Issues, Radio, and Livestock Judging. She has been involved in the Brown County Youth Fair since the 3rd grade showing sheep, goats, pigs and cattle and has placed in the top five at San Antonio, San Angelo, and Houston Livestock Shows with her swine, lamb, and goat projects. Tynlea is so grateful to have this opportunity to give back to the Brown County Fair Association that has had such an impact on her life.
Kylee Byler is a 15- year-old sophomore at Bangs High School. She is the daughter of John and Kristine Byler and has grown up on her family run Angus farm in Bangs. Kylee is currently an officer for Bangs FFA, as well as Bangs 4H. She is involved in livestock judging and volleyball and is also an active member of the National Junior Angus Association and the Texas Junior Angus Association. This past February, she placed third with her angus steer, “Bolt,” at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. Her biggest passions are showing angus, volleyball, and being with her best friends. This year she has decided to jump out of her comfort zone and run for BCYF Queen. She is certain that this will allow her to give back to her generous community while helping her grow and gain confidence.
