The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Cody Fletcher Holliday pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Jonathan Waddle pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Against a Public Servant and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
