The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting on Tuesday, August 1st at 11:30 at Brownwood Fitness Center, 104 Center Ave, Brownwood, celebrating Jody Loudermilk’s 10 years of ownership and their new remodel!
Jody reminisced on the difficulties of the past few years and how “The community had our backs and we were able to pull together to keep our town strong, emphasis on strong!” She emphasized the role of her amazing staff, like Alexis and Adrianna, in keeping the Fitness Center strong and showed off the newly remodeled front with a welcoming shaded pergola entrance.
Jody was also presented with a Certificate of Commendation from the United States Senate on the occasion of the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Jody joked about being friends with ‘Ted’ now and said she’d have to make a new place on the wall to display it.
