- On Friday, July 28, Deputy Thomas Beloat was called to a burglary not in progress at County Road 609. Deputy Beloat spoke with the victim about a burglary of a habitation. Information was gathered, a report was made.
- On Friday, July 28, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to Mountain View Dr., Brownwood. This was in regard to an active assault taking place. A suspect and victim got into a verbal argument, which escalated. The victim claimed the suspect attempted to strike her with his vehicle while following her, after pulling a knife on her. The suspect claimed to be following her to recover a cell phone. Information was gathered and the suspect was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and transported to the Brown County Jail. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Saturday, July 29, Deputy Thomas Beloat was traveling east on County Road 411 W. Deputy Beloat came up to debris in the roadway. There was a black nylon rope, an old Christmas tree, broken pallets, broken window blinds, metal pieces, old boxes, and rubber hose. Debris was cleared from the roadway, and an illegal dumping report was made.
- On Saturday, July 29, Deputy Thomas Beloat was dispatched a call for theft of property on County Road 215. Deputy Beloat made contact with an individual who advised some items were stolen, and later found were at a pawn shop. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Saturday, July 29, Deputy Thomas Beloat was dispatched to handle a harassment call. Deputy Beloat contacted a complainant and she said her husband will not leave her alone. Deputy Beloat contacted the husband who said he did call and text his wife over one hundred times. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Saturday, July 29, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to handle a possible aggressive dog. The dog on scene was not the aggressive dog, it was another dog that could not be located. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Saturday, July 29, Deputy Thomas Beloat observed a silver SUV driving on Verde Dr. Deputy Beloat initiated a traffic stop for expired registration. Deputy Beloat made contact with the driver, who could not provide proof of insurance. The driver was placed in custody and transported to Brown County Jail.
- On Saturday, July 29, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to East River Oaks, Early, the Big Tex Storage. This was in regard to theft. Deputy Geis made contact with the victims who had items stolen out of their storage unit. The items stolen out of the storage were 6 boxes of .308 Federal ammo, 6 boxes of 5.56 Federal ammo, a small tub container about ¾ full of 5.56, two AT&T VR headsets, two antique Mother Son plates, and an antique porcelain figurine of a mother and son. Information was gathered, a report was made.
- On Saturday, July 29, Deputy Thomas Beloat was dispatched to County Road 367 for Illegal Dumping. There were tree limbs, trash, a chain, and a ratchet strap. The suspect was identified. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Sunday, July 30, at approximately 1:30 p.m. Sgt. Andre Smoot responded to a burglary. Once on scene, it was determined a window to the front door was damaged for entry into the building. Pertinent information was gathered, and a report was completed for criminal mischief.
