The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Friday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Jonathan W. Hazelton pled guilty to the felony offense Court I-II: Sexual Assault and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Hazelton pled guilty to the felony offense of Count I-X: Possession of Child Pornography and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division for each count.
• Buddy Eugene Allgood pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Serjio Efrain Castillo pled guilty to the felony offense of Escape and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
