The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Monday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Candice Sawyer aka Cogburn pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, the defendant pled guilty to felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Shawn Swanson pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 16 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Jesse Martinez pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Nora Michelle Wooten aka Nora Crawford Early aka Nora Crawford pled guilty to the felony offense of Forgery-Elderly Individual and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- David Ynostrosa-Gonzalez pled guilty to the felony offense of Continuous Violence Against the Family and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Brody Thomas Dooley pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
