Brownwood Independent School District (BISD) is accepting transfer applications during the month of April for the 2023-2024 school year.

Current transfer students must submit an application each year.

New out-of-district applications will be accepted for students in grades kindergarten through grade twelve. The student’s most recent report card must be attached to the request for students new to BISD. BISD does not accept new PK students for transfer.

Applications must be submitted by April 30 for returning students. Notification of approval or denial will be mailed to applicants by the end of July.
