At approximately 9:45 p.m. Friday, March 3, Sgt. Chris Angel with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office responded to Los Trece, located at 3901 U.S. Highway 84-183 South, in reference to an assault.

After further investigation, Rusty Glenn Taylor was was placed under arrest and booked into the Brown County Jail on 4 counts of assault and Kellie Jo McNeal was placed under arrest and booked into the Brown County Jail on 1 count of assault.

Those who were assaulted, which caused bodily injury according to the incident report, included Darrin Blake St. Ama, 55; Kynzi Leshae Atchley, 29; Robert Alan Snyder, 65; Donald Wayne Callaway Jr., 53; and Monika Cheryl Callaway, 44.

On Saturday, March 4 at11:13 a.m., Deputy Byron Langley arrived at Los Trece. This was in regard to a criminal trespass warning. Deputy Langley spoke to Jayme Leann St Ama, who stated she wanted a Criminal Trespass Warning for Taylor.

No additional information was provided as the cases are still under investigation.
