“God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be;
So he put His arms around you and whispered,
“Come with Me.”
Tina Jean Goble, age 44, of Brownwood passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at her residence.
Funeral Services for Tina will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 23, 2023, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Rev. Laurent Mvondo officiating; burial will follow at the family cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.
Tina was born on August 28, 1978, to William and Susan Goble in Frankfurt, Germany. Tina was a resident of Brownwood since 1987. She graduated from Brownwood High School in 1995. During high school, she enjoyed being on the drill team. After high school, she attended Tarleton State University.
Tina had a love for animals, especially her dogs and birds. When her health permitted, she enjoyed volunteering at Corine T. Smith Animal Center caring for animals. It brought her joy to teach her many pets new tricks. Due to her love for animals, her mom finally got her a white picket fence to contain all her animals. She will be remembered by all that were close to her for bringing humor to any situation and by her love to talk and joke. She always had numerous phones; one for keeping in touch and supporting others who had Pulmonary Hypertension and Lupus, one phone for her love of singing karaoke on Starmaker, and the other to keep in touch with friends and family.
Despite her chronic illness, she never complained or let it show to others that she was ill, as she didn’t want others to feel sorry for her. Even in her last few weeks, she showed happiness and wanted to convince others that she was ok.
Tina was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Skye; her father, William Goble Jr; and grandparents, William Goble Sr., Norma and Stanley Wloshinski.
She is survived by her mother, Susan Goble of Brownwood; her son, Dylan Camp of Brownwood; sister, Tabatha Gillmeister and husband Craig of Belton; longtime boyfriend, Marty Sanchez of Brownwood; and grandmother, Billie Goble of Lubbock. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, as well as her 8 dogs: Sophia, Jasmine, Arthur, Blue, Mattea, Tate, Addie, Edele, and 3 birds, Oliver, Pabbles, and Queenie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Corrine T. Smith Animal Center (3016 Milam Dr. Brownwood, Texas 76801).
