DUBLIN – Facing Dublin for the second time this season, the Brownwood Lions’ two-game win streak was snapped in an 82-70 loss Friday in Dublin tournament action.
The game was tied at 19 after one quarter, then Brownwood (2-3) fell behind 52-30 by halftime and 74-47 through three periods.
Tristan Salinas led Brownwood with 18 points followed by Thad Hinds with 10; Luke Gray and Hayden Noe with eight apiece; Caleb Clawson, Sam Bruton and Trent Loftin with five each; Ike Hall and Hayden Proffitt with four apiece; and Jason Jackson with two points.
The Lions continue tournament play at 5:20 p.m. Saturday against District 6-4A rival Stephenville.
