The following fishing reports are provided by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the week of November 30:
LAKE BROWNWOOD
SLOW. Water slightly stained; 55-57 degrees; 7.91 feet low. Bass are good to four pounds in 8-10 feet of water on underspins and squarebills in between docks and along the shoreline. Crappie are slow on minnows in brush piles. White bass are slow on jigs. Catfish are slow on cut shad drifting.
LAKE CISCO
GOOD. Water stained; 70 degrees; 8.01 feet low. Fishing patterns are similar and the fishing continue to be good as we head into a weekend with cloudy fishing conditions. Channel catfish and bass are good in 15 feet of water with live perch. Crappie are good after sunset using minnows in 20 feet of water. Report by Jason Miller, Lake Cisco Rentals.
LAKE COLEMAN
FAIR. Slightly stained; 60 degrees; 5.70 feet low. Fishing patterns are holding steady as we head into a weekend with mild weather forecasts and cloudy skies that are ideal for fishing. Hybrid striped bass are good on rattletraps and slabs. Crappie are fair with jigs or minnows on brush piles. Bass are fair on topwater, jerkbaits and crankbaits in and around vegetation.
LAKE O.H. IVIE
GOOD. Water stained; 53 degrees; 22.91 feet low. White bass are good with live bait and crankbaits. Crappie great with jigs and minnows. Largemouth bass are good. Catfish are fair on prepared baits, cut bait and live bait. Report by Concho Park and Marina.
LAKE PROCTOR
SLOW. Water stained; 62 degrees; 8.77 feet low. The water level is low, so navigate with caution. The forecast is cloudy which is good for fishing. Fishing should pick up as the fish resume feeding.
