- On Monday, November 21, at approximately 8:23 a.m., Deputy Rita Duaine received a theft call, which was handled by public service. A complainant requested options on dealing with her most recent evicted tenant damaging the residence and stealing home appliance. Information was gathered and a report was made.
- On Tuesday, November 22, Deputy Saydie Bradley spoke with TCEQ. This was in reference to an illegal burn at Woodway. There was a complaint a suspect was burning a mobile home on his property. The suspect had already been advised he could not burn or bury the home. The suspect was issued a citation for Illegal Burning. A report was made.
- On Tuesday, November 22, Deputy Saydie Bradley was made aware of a public nuisance at US 84 in Zephyr. A 30-day notice and two written warnings will be issued. A report was made.
- On Wednesday, November 23, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to Tipperary Dr. This was in regard to an animal complaint. A white and black Pit Bull type dog, and a black Pit Bull type dog were in the area attacking cats. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Wednesday, November 23, Deputy Saydie Bradley spoke with a complainant in regard to a threat made to her by her husband. The complainant said her and her husband had got into an argument about her not wanting to go to her husband’s daughter’s Thanksgiving. The complainant said she did not want to go to her husband’s daughter’s Thanksgiving because they are “not her class of people.”
- On Wednesday, November 23, at about 10:35 p.m., Deputy Chris Williamson, along with Deputy Toby Mathis, made a traffic stop at N 279 and FM 2492. This was in regards to a vehicle with expired registration. The driver was placed under arrest for Driving While License Invalid with no Financial Responsibility.
- On Thursday, November 24, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Sgt. Andre Smoot was dispatched to a theft of a dirt bike call located at Dillard Drive. Smoot arrived on scene and contacted the victim.
- On Thursday, November 24, at about 4:56 a.m., Deputy Chris Williamson and Deputy Toby Mathis were driving westbound on Early Blvd. This was when a pedestrian was spotted in the middle of the roadway in front of Early Blvd. Deputy Williamson activated emergency lights to check welfare of the person, who was placed under arrest for his safety, and the safety of others, for Public Intoxication. The person was transported to Brown County Jail.
- On Thursday, November 24, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to FM 586. This was in regard to a crisis call. Information was gathered, an arrest was made, and a report was made.
- On Thursday, November 24, at about 10:38 p.m., Deputy Chris Williamson and Deputy Toby Mathis were dispatched to a criminal mischief call located at CR 467. A complainant reported to have an unknown person(s) on his roof cutting wires to the security cameras located at this residence. Information was gathered and a report was made.
- On Friday, November 25, at approximately 9:42 a.m., Deputy Rita Duaine was dispatched to an assault, which could be handled by public service. Deputy Duaine spoke with a victim about the suspect assaulting her at a residence at Thrifty. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Friday, November 25, Sgt. Chris Angel was dispatched to Hendrick Urgent Care. This was in reference to an animal bite. The animal bite occurred on Thursday, November 24, at approximately 8:15 a.m., at Tamarack Drive. A report was made.
- On Saturday, November 26, Deputy Rita Duaine was dispatched to a criminal mischief, by public service. Deputy Duaine made contact with a complainant who reported his show pigs had been killed by an unknown animal. Information was gathered and an information report was made.
- On Sunday, November 27, at 3:59 p.m., Sgt Jayson Bastardo was dispatched to CR 116. This was in regard to a trauma. Dispatch advised a female subject had hit her head on a table. Upon arrival, Bastardo spoke with the complainant, David McNeal, who stated a suspect assaulted him. After further investigation, both parties were separated, and a report was taken.
- On Sunday, November 27, Sgt. Chris Angel responded to Belfast Drive. This was in reference to criminal trespass. The vehicle described to be at the residence was a white Mercury Mountaineer. Sgt. Angel located the vehicle and identified the right front passenger. The driver, who fled the scene prior to Sgt. Angel’s arrival, was also identified. The passenger was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for Belfast Drive. Sgt. Angel will be attempting to locate the driver to issue him a Criminal Trespass Warning for Belfast Drive.
- On Sunday, November 27, Deputy Joe Thomas #125 was dispatched to a report of fraud. The caller advised an unknown person(s) had used her debit and credit card without her permission. A report was made.
