The Heartland Association of Realtors released its October report on real estate sales in Brown County.  The total number of closed sales in October was 35, up 16.7% compared to October 2021.  The median sales price was down, however, at $155,750, down 34.1%, with a median price per square foot of $116.68, down 5.4% year-over-year.
