The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Scott Fry, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault, was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
