The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Zachary Scott Isham pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

• Ryan Scott Kitchens pled guilty to the felony offense of Felon in Possession of a Firearm and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Kitchens pled guilty to the lesser included state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
• Chad Broom, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
