- On Friday, October 21, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to CR 180. This was in regard to a deer carcass, which was disposed on the side of the rode. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Friday, October 21, at around 1:20 p.m. Deputy Carlyle Gover spoke to an FM 2632 resident, by phone. This was in regard to him giving away personal identifying information to an unknown subject(s) in a scam regarding receiving grant money. After further investigation, a report was made.
- On Saturday, October 22, Deputy Toby Mathis was notified by jail staff of narcotics found in an inmate’s property. Deputy Mathis arrived and spoke with jail staff. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Saturday, October 22, Deputy Saydie Bradley spoke with a complainant by phone in regard to mail theft. The complainant is the mail carrier and advised the mailboxes at Feather Bay had been opened, and mail from Feather Bay had been located on FM 2125. A report was made.
- On Saturday, October 22, at approximately 12:18 p.m., Sgt. Andre Smoot spoke to a complainant, by phone. This was referencing assistance with resources for his father, who has Alzheimer’s. The complainant later called back stating his father had been physically abusive towards his mother for some time. Deputies responded to his address on Windmill Road, gathered pertinent information, and completed a report for further investigation.
- On Saturday, October 22, Deputy Saydie Bradley spoke with a complainant in regard to his livestock, which he had previously called in as missing. The complainant had new information about his missing sheep, and they were in fact stolen. The complainant informed Bradley he was able to retrieve some of his sheep, but not all of them. A report was made.
- On Sunday, October 23, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to CR 347. This was in regard to stolen pills. The pills were recovered and given back to the original owner. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
- On Sunday, October 23, at 7:58 p.m., Deputy Rita Duaine and Deputy Toby Mathis responded to a call of an unwanted person at Killarney. The property owner, said the unwanted person was on the property and was told to leave. Deputy Duaine and Deputy Mathis then gathered all the information. The area was patrolled, and a report was made.
