Early High School recently issued the following information:
Early High School FCCLA hosted a district-wide pajama day on September 30th in recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
The $1,083 collected will be donated to The Ronald McDonald House in memory of Cade Boyle, an EISD student, who lost his battle to cancer in 2013. Cade would be graduating with the class of 2023 and will forever be an Early Longhorn.
Each year, the month of October is designated as breast cancer awareness month. In an effort to help bring awareness to this disease, Early ISD participated by selling Pink Out Shirts. We would like to extend our thanks to the Class of 2026 for designing and organizing the sale of this year’s shirt. The proceeds from the sale of the Pink Out shirts ($2,336) is being given to Beverly Holleman, a long-time, beloved community member who continues to courageously battle endometrial sarcoma. Beverly, we love you and your family, and we want you to know that you are not alone in your fight to beat cancer. We continue to pray for you and for a cure!
