The 10u Bomber Sheffield girls won the Grind-n-Shine tournament this last weekend in Brownwood. They went 6-0 on the weekend to get 1st place. Rylee Owens was named tournament MVP by the opposing coach. She pitched a no hitter in the championship and recorded 7 strikeouts in 3 innings. She also hit .556 for the weekend. Tatum Adams was named Offensive MVP on the weekend. Tatum led the team with 8 hits and had a batting average .615 on the weekend. Rylin Yanez was also an offensive MVP as she led the team in batting average with a .750. Aleena Ramirez was defensive MVP, with a perfect fielding percentage and making spectacular plays all weekend.
