GLEN ROSE – The Brownwood High tennis team’s fall season reached its conclusion in the bi-district round of the playoffs, as the District 6-4A third seed fell to District 5-4A runner-up Brock, 16-3, Tuesday.
Collecting wins for Brownwood the No. 2 boys doubles team of River Prado and Taevion Nickerson (7-5, 6-3 over Joel Beauregard and Jackson Pace), Prado in the No. 2 boys singles spot (7-5, 6-4 over Garrett Gustafson), and Emma Delgado in No. 1 girls singles (6-2, 2-6, 10-6 over Sariah Ellestad).
The Lions and Lady Lions wrapped up the fall campaign with an 8-8 overall record.
