The Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched Thursday afternoon to a report of an armed robbery at the EZ Mart near Lake Brownwood.

Upon arrival, it was discovered the matter was actually a civil dispute between co-owners of the game room at the former TexasBank location near the Nigalye Medical Clinic, according to Sheriff Vance Hill.
