RANGER – Halfway through the District 6-2A slate, the Bangs Lady Dragons own a 2-2 league mark thanks to Tuesday night’s 25- 9, 25-18, 25-20 victory at Ranger.
In Tuesday’s triumph, Jadyn Miller tallied a team-best eight kills followed by Kasey Solis with four, and Neeley Bradley, Ava Boren and Laynie Evans with one apiece.
Boren served seven aces trailed by six from Miller, three each from Evans and Raylee Hutchins, and one apiece by Bradley and Julianna Ethridge.
Evans distributed eight assists and Bradley tacked on four.
Defensively, Miller collected seven digs followed by Hutchins with four, Ethridge with three, and Bradley, Boren and Cloey Petty with two apiece.
Bangs did not record a block.
The Lady Dragons (10-16, 2-2) have a bye this weekend, then kick off the second half of league play at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11 at Albany.
