Earlene was born January 12, 1956 to Earl and Veda Woodcock in Brownwood, Texas. She attended Brownwood High School and Ranger College becoming a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) and working as a nurse all her life. She enjoyed hunting with her brother, Ricky, fishing with her dad and later she enjoyed fishing with her oldest grandson, Robert. She loved shopping with her grandson, Matthew and gambling with grandson David. Earlene was fond of taking road trips and shopping with her daughter Miranda and granddaughter, Tristen. Tristen loved to wear matching ugly sweaters at Christmas time with her and the togetherness of family was Earlene’s favorite thing. She took the grandkids camping and always kept the biggest water gun for herself so she could soak the kids down. Earlene played the bass guitar in her church, Harvestime, which she had been a member for 28 years. Her hobbies were building and repairing whatever she wanted with her brother Jerry, she had every tool known to man. In her younger years Earlene enjoyed riding horses and motorcycles. Mom was a prankster and loved a good laugh and making others laugh. She had a way of knowing when a person was feeling down and a special way of picking them up and making them feel better. She loved her dogs and they were crazy about her. Earlene was the life of the party and will be missed greatly by all that knew her.
