The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Bradley Stanton pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Josh Tyler Newton pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
