Lois Luster, age 77, of Brownwood, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Hendrick Medical Center in Brownwood. Cremation is under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home of Early.

Lois was born November 24, 1944 in Kingsville, TX to Thomas Ray Stewart and Alice Marie Stewart. She graduated from Early High School and worked at Kohler as a Security Guard before retiring. Lois was a member of the Cowboy Church. She loved her family, her 1981 Chevy and her pets. She enjoyed gardening, watching television and sitting outside to enjoy a nice breeze.

Lois is survived by her daughters, Karen Lynn Luster and Sandy Dale Garcia and husband Michael; sister Nora Mae Haynes; brother Robert Alton Stewart; grandchildren Preston Wade Garcia and Nike Cooper Garcia in addition to several nieces, nephews and friends.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents; sister Paula Marie Mullins; and brother Raymond Winston Stewart.
