The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Monday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Tiffany Ann Pool pled guilty to the felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- James Worsham pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Destinee Hood pled guilty to the felony offenses of Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence and Prohibited Substance/Item in Correctional Facility and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Tina Bessent Anderson aka Tina Lucille Banford pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Anderson aka Banford, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Edward Lee Williams, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Enhanced, was revoked and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Danielle Marie Rawls, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Michael Edward Cooper pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Enhanced and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Bryan Christopher Gleason, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Matthew Horn pled guilty to the state jail felony offenses of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Donna Alvineda, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced and 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
- Chad Wittke pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
