The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Thursday regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith

• Payton Brian Blackburn, aka Payden Blaine Blackburn, on probation for the felony offenses of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Obstruction or Retaliation and was sentenced to 15 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Mallorie Brooke Pope, aka Mallorie Brooke Basio, pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Juan Fuentes pled guilty to the felony offense of Indecency with a Child and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Stephen Sosa, Jr. pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division
