Brown County Commissioners met Monday morning, a short meeting lasting only 19 minutes.
Commissioners passed a court order prohibiting outdoor burning, the Burn Ban, for another 90 days.
Commissioners also received three bills from the City of Brownwood they were unsure of and elected to put all three bills back on the agenda for their Monday, June 6th meeting.
One bill was for $162,000 for radio equipment work on Round Mountain.
Two other bills, one for $7,050 and one for $5,895, were submitted by the City of Brownwood for payment on air-conditioning replacement at the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department.
Commissioners also approved a request by Precinct 3 Commissioner Wayne Shaw to allow installation of lines on County Roads 323, 333 and 348 by Primoris.
Commissioners also approved a request from Grants and Governmental Affairs Coordinator, Pat McLaughlin, to apply for Unclaimed Capital Credits for the year 2022 as has been done in the past three years.
